F.a.q. – how to access the streaming content

If you purchased a product accessible via streaming, or directly from the Internet without having to download to your computer or tablet, you must use FluxPlayer.

Once you buy the product, you will find the link to access the product in two ways:

  1. Order summary
  2. In your profile accessible by SHOP -> Your Profile

Immediately under the order (or in your profile page), you will find instructions to download the FluxPlayer, which vary depending on the device you are using (Windows, Mac, Android or Kindle).

Once you download the software, start it. Follow the picture (click the image to enlarge), click at the top right of ENTER to bring up a small window where you can enter THE SAME EMAIL and PASSWORD used to make the purchase on our site.

Once logged in, you will have in front of you a list of purchased content and available in streaming. Simply select with a double-click to your liking.
